DON'T INVITE PESTS TO LUNCH!

Are these areas clean and dry?

  • Surfaces-counters and floor
  • Equipment
  • Pots, pans, dishes, and drain boards
  • Trash containers
  • Spaces behind and under counters and equipment
  • Cleaning equipment

Are mops wrung out well and stored off the floor?

Have recycled cans been rinsed or removed from the building?

Is food stored properly?

  • Packages intact
  • Cardboard recycled out of the building
  • Spills cleaned up
  • Pheromone trap monitors in place

Are drains flushed and plumbing traps filled?

Have problems been reported?

  • Plumbing leaks
  • Unscreened vents
  • Holes to be caulked
  • New pests in sticky traps
  • Pest imported from food distributor
